Why Visit El Valle Oaxaqueno

Discover the heart of Oaxacan culture at El Valle Oaxaqueño, a charming bakery located at 1601 Vermont Ave #106 in Los Angeles. This hidden gem is not just a place to grab some delicious pastries; it's a small slice of Oaxaca right in the bustling city. With a menu that specializes in Pan Dulce Oaxaqueño, every visit feels like a journey to the vibrant marketplaces of Oaxaca.

Step inside and be enveloped by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bread. The selection of pan dulce is sure to delight your senses. Each pastry is crafted to perfection, offering a balance of flavor and texture that makes every bite a moment to cherish.

But the experience doesn’t stop at bread. Pair your pastries with one of their refreshing Aguas Frescas, like the Horchata Oaxaqueña enriched with prickly pear, melon, and walnut, or the delightful Agua De Jamaica. These beverages not only quench your thirst but also complement the authentic Oaxacan flavors beautifully.

El Valle Oaxaqueño is more than just pastries and drinks; it serves a selection of hearty platillos as well. The Amarillo De Pollo, a savory chicken dish, or the flavorful Caldo 7 Mares are just a couple of highlights that showcase the rich culinary heritage of Oaxaca. Food reviewers rave about the authenticity of the kitchen, with one customer proclaiming, “The mole is a must-try and is used in a variety of dishes!”

This panadería is great! All the bread is fresh and delicious. Also all the pan dulces are on point! Parking is a bit tough but worth the pain tbh. It’s a bit on the pricier side but definitely worth every penny. I will definitely return for more pan.
